INTRODUCING OUR BANDS
TAXI, three men who live in the Ridgway area in Southern Illinois, have been
playing the Oldies together for so long that the songs were brand new when they started.
Pat Abell, lead guitar, vocals: Jim Smith, keyboards, vocals: and Rick Zirkelbach, drums, vocals.
The VENTURIS are four men from the Carbondale-Marion area,
who have perfected their guitar-driven ’60s Rock-n-Roll together for years.
The members of The Venturis: Peyton Blewett–Rhythm Guitar, Vocals:
Robbie Stokes–Lead Guitar, Vocals:
Ron Johnson–Bass Guitar,
Vocals: & Wayne Goodwin–Drums, Vocals.
The Presswoods are a father/son act from Centralia.
Alan now performs only with his son Ian, who he says is the most versatile
performer he has ever played with. Their voices blend and their song list
is full of the best music of all types. Alan has the ability to make his keyboard
sound like a complete band and Ian’s antics and vocal ability are always a crowd pleaser.
We invite you to come out and enjoy a Magical Musical Summer at Pheasant Hollow.
