This technically makes it a blush, but you wouldn’t know that by tasting it. Gun Creek Red starts super fruity with tastes of Cherry and stonefuit. It Finishes dryer with a tannic black pepper and tobacco flavor. Our winemaker, Denny, recommneds pairing a smashburger with feta. I recommend pairing with a gingerbread house with cream cheese icing.
